These experiences together with the internships within Ginko design studio and Covo Srl, empowered her design abilities and knowledge together with a strong improvement of her belief about the importance of emotional design.

After university she collaborated as research design fellow at the Saperi&Co, a new design research lab of Sapienza University of Rome and as product designer with several firms around the city.
PHILOSOPHY
With her roots in Italy, Eugenia well learnt and studied the crucial importance of industrial design in the society and in the entire world. Learning from the previous great designers and personalities of the past, mostly Italian and Nordic lessons, plus the current actors in this huge field and following an approach that starts from the user and returns to him, Eugenia developed a red thread that focuses on empathy. She is indeed sensible to empathic and emotional approaches that embrace tradition, memory, materials and users.

Her design philosophy focuses of the hidden values of an object, its memory, history, materiality, together with a deep analysis of those customers' needs which are hidden and even the user may not be aware of. As results she aims to transforms those values and needs into valuable products. Eugenia also spent some periods abroad (France and Netherlands) where she could experience different and interesting design approaches and cultures that have positively contaminated her methodologies and knowledge and enriched her capabilities.

An emotion-centered design that, in a world nowadays mostly digital, virtual and high tech, wants to return humans human.
